Viliesis brings 20 years of experience in the development of creative strategies, resources and solutions for the generation, management, and protection of wealth. Peter’s firm is focused on delivering greater client value for their executive benefit and ownership succession plans through strategic partnerships with their existing financial service professionals. His background includes extensive experience in the design, sale, and implementation of non-qualified executive retirement benefit plans.
Peter also advises financial institutions on strategies to grow their presence in the small to mid-sized business market relying on his years of experience in the design and development of insurance products for the corporate marketplace.
Peter’s clients include large public corporations, large and small closely-held businesses, banking institutions, non-profit organizations, and professional partnerships throughout the country.
Prior to opening his own firm, Peter was a Senior Consultant for two nationally recognized leaders in benefits consulting. Peter also served various roles as Vice President of NFP Insurance Services, Inc., including oversight of the executive benefits practice, member firm business development, and new member recruiting for PartnersFinancial, a subsidiary producer group of NFP.
Peter’s career in the financial services industry began in 1987, serving as Regional Marketing Manager for a large, multi-national life insurance company specializing in products for the corporate marketplace and high net-worth individuals.
